Mortgage transactions - 121,530, or -28.6% compared to the indicator of the 1st half of 2022 (170,317)
Non-mortgage transactions - 444,249, or -20.1% compared to the indicator of the 1st half of 2022 (556,081);
Sales in new buildings - 171,158, or -42.1% compared to the indicator of the 1st half of 2022 (208,451);
Sales of secondary real estate - 394,621, or -23.8% compared to the indicator of the 1st half of 2022 (517,947).
