The November "branded housing index" has been announced

The other day, the results of the REIDIN-GYODER New Building Price Index study for November 2022 were announced. Recall that REIDIN-GYODER collects and analyzes statistics on housing erected by large developers and corporations: they are referred to as "branded projects".

 

So, in November 2022, compared to the previous month, the 1+1 (one-bedroom) format fell by 2.64%; the 2+1 format rose by 4.64%; 3+1 - by 3.31%, and 4+1 also increased in price, although in this format the cost increase is minimal: 0.61%.

 

The "stock" of free branded residences in the Turkish market is gradually being depleted.

 

It was also found that 72.97% of the branded lots sold in November 2022 belonged to the ready-made housing stock, and 27.03% - to the one under construction.
