New housing companies will take into account the interests of veterans and pensioners

Within the framework of providing social housing from TOKI to those in need of 81 provisions, special attention will be paid to the most vulnerable categories. So, pensioners who do not have their own real estate have been allocated a separate quota. Even in the clarifications to the new draft, it was mentioned that disabled people, relatives of military personnel, veterans, as well as some categories of young people, for example, students and those who are getting married for the first time, will be able to use the benefits during the draw.

Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum explained that especially a lot of social housing will be built and transferred to new owners in Istanbul. Where hundreds of thousands of low-income citizens have come face to face with the housing problem.

We have already written about the chance to quickly get an apartment with the newlyweds; the authorities will announce more detailed conditions of participation for the married couple a little later.

In the meantime, the Office of Mass Housing Construction TOKI holds tenders for the purchase of budget residences in one province after another. This summer, the actions are also taking place in Konya; this program has finally covered the resort of Alanya, which many have been waiting for.
