The Anadolu news agency published data on the growth of profits, turnover and capital of companies selling real estate in Turkey. According to the report, agency sales for ten years (from 2010 to 2019) increased from 4.5 billion TL to 32.9 billion TL. The internal gross sales of companies increased during this time from 4.1 billion TL to 31.1 billion TL, and foreign sales - from 50 million TL to 427 million TL. The total other income, which includes the profit below the point of gross sales in the income statement increased from increased over the decade from 363 million lira to 1.4 billion lira.
The size of the assets of companies involved in the sale of real estate in Turkey has grown almost sixfold in ten years: from 35.2 billion to 213.4 billion TL. The size of the companies' own assets increased from 18.4 billion to 49.3 billion TL.
