Elite residential complexes in Istanbul are rapidly increasing in number, particularly whole neighborhoods consisting of villas. One of those complexes is located in the Bahçeşehir district. It is designed in an Italian style and will consist of over 200 villas. The complex is called Sylvana Istanbul, also in Italian.
Covering an area of 44,000 sq. m., the complex will feature 232 mansions of 4+1 format. Each unit will have three floors (including a basement) and accompanied by its own garden. Despite being situated in the heart of the city, the villas offer a sense of privacy as they are surrounded by parks, schools, mosques, medical facilities, cafes, restaurants, and high-end stores. Additionally, there are convenient transportation hubs nearby.
Nature is easily accessible from the complex, with the Bahçeşehir park and pond just a 10-minute drive away, and the Istanbul Canal also a 10-minute drive away. The Ataturk Stadium and Mall of Istanbul are both 25 minutes away, while the airport can be reached in just half an hour and Taksim Square – in 40 minutes.
The project's residences have a total height of 10.20 meters, including a basement and two additional floors.
The construction license has already been obtained, and the developer plans to complete the complex by 2025. Sales have already begun, with villa prices starting from 10.684 million Turkish Liras when paying in cash. It is also possible to negotiate a discount of up to 40% individually.
For those interested in installment payments, a 24-month installment plan is available with a 30% down payment.
In Istanbul, which has been leading in housing transactions for several months, buyers have a wide range of residential complexes to choose from, many of which are quite intriguing. Some notable examples include the "Sunny" Project (Avrupa Konutları Güneşli) by Artaş İnşaat, the Villa Blu villa complex in Büyükçekmece set to be completed by December 2023, and BOSS4 İnşaat, which is currently selling residences in four different districts, including one in Bahçeşehir.
