BOSS4 Insaat launches four new projects at once

Developer BOSS4 Inşaat has officially announced the launch of four of its new projects at once, for a total of 2,000 residential residences. The estimated investment will amount to 4 billion TL.

The projects will appear on the territory of Maltepe, Bakhchesehir, Zeytinburnu and Buyukchekmedje districts. The chairman of the Board of Directors of BOSS4 Inşaat, Abdulkadir Akkush, stressed that low-rise horizontal architecture, the trend for which appeared during the pandemic, has now become more widespread. So, four new complexes will be built taking into account the mentioned trend.

The demand that has arisen in connection with the epidemic continues to dictate its conditions: people no longer want to live in high-rise buildings. They are interested in complexes with gardens, spacious balconies, an abundance of open spaces. In addition, after the February earthquake, the demand for low-rise residential buildings increased even more.

As a result, a complex will appear in Maltepe within the framework of the urban transformation program, for 600 residential units; another one, also for 600 lots, will be in Zeytinburna. But in Buyukchekmedzha, for example, 50 buildings of the "villa" type will be built.

At the same time, BOSS4 Inşaat has other projects in parallel, some are at the stage of completion: for example, a complex of 108 apartments in Beylikduzu. Lya Bella is also interesting - a boutique project consisting of 12 three-storey villas; it is located in Beylikduzu. Alya Bahçe in Bahçeşehir is another project where villas are being built; there are 177 of it. The company is also building other complexes included in the urban transformation program; one of them is Alya Konutları Merkezefendi for 467 apartments in nine blocks (Zeytinburnu).

The events of the last year require the speedy construction of as much housing as possible. And almost a third of a million apartments are planned to be built and commissioned in a year.
