The construction cost index rose by 3.5%

Analysts announced the data of the Construction Cost Index for June 2022 (data are received more than a month late, due to the complexity of data collection and accounting).

 

The Emlaksayfasi portal reported that in June 2022, the construction cost index increased by 3.47% compared to the previous month and by 106.87% compared to the same month of 2021. 

Construction costs increased by 101.79% year-on-year, and by 2.58% in a month. 

 

The labor index increased by 0.68% for the month, and by 45.38% for the year.
