Emlak Konut Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı (GYO) Trust has published a sales report for the 1st quarter of 2023.The volume of transactions reached 15.265 billion Turkish lira (TL): it was for this amount that real estate of various types was sold in the period from January 1 to March 31, 2023.

In its official statement, Emlak Konut GYO emphasizes that the company's previously set target of 11.5 billion TL for the first quarter of 2023 was exceeded by 132%.
As for the most successful projects of Emlak Konut GYO, the Yeni Fikirtepe project became the "champion" in the first quarter of this year. Where 1,268 real estate sales took place with a total area of 161,440.67 sq.m and for a total amount of 7,335,451,975 TL.
"Silver medalist" - Çınarköy Evleri project: 398 lots with a total value – 2,976,923,200 TL.
