Up to half a million lira can be obtained for housing within the framework of state support

The Ministry of Family pleased families with low incomes: households ready to invest in the purchase of residential real estate can receive a cash subsidy from the state up to half a million Turkish lira (500,000 TL).

It will be used to pay off accounts receivable. However, not everyone will get it: in order to receive a subsidy, you need to meet a number of conditions, since such a large payment is implied as part of social assistance to those who really need it.

In particular, women with at least three children whose spouse have died (that is, widows) can count on half a million lira. Quotas for subsidies have also been determined for some other social groups that are no less in need and do not have their own housing. Certain requirements are also imposed on the most purchased housing.

Be that as it may, half a million lira, in fact, as a gift from the state is an unprecedented act of generosity.

By the way, according to one of the previous programs - "My first home, my first workplace" - by the end of 2022, more than 5 million applications were submitted.
