A total of 409 land plots will be available for sale in the highly sought-after district of Konyaalti in Antalya province.
The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change, along with the General Directorate of Infrastructure and Urban Transformation Services, are the sellers. The auction will take place on July 31, 2023, and interested buyers can participate online if they are unable to attend in person.
The minimum down payment is 40%, and the remaining amount can be paid in installments over a two-year period (24 months). Buyers who are able to pay the full purchase price upfront will receive a 20% discount.
The starting price for a land plot is as low as 500,000 Turkish Liras, which is comparable to the price of an apartment.
Recall that Konyaalti is known for its high concentration of foreign investors and significant "foreign exchange activity".
