Aidat may start to increase not once a year, but more often

In Alanya, as one of the most popular coastal cities, along with the prices for buying and renting housing, the aidats also "soared". Recall that this is a fixed payment, the cost of services for maintaining the residential complex in order.

 

Previously, the highest aidats were observed in Istanbul and other Turkish megacities; however, even in resorts, aidat is "growing" by leaps and bounds. And the amount of aidat is not so easy to dispute, even if it is not objectively justified.

 

If we are talking about a new building where the aidat has not yet been determined, experts recommend paying attention to the number of green areas, swimming pools, the size and "stuffing" of the sports area, especially the fitness club and spa center: the more everything is provided there, the more likely the aidat will be.

 

Well, already living in the complex, it is necessary to attend all meetings with the management and general meetings of the owners. In this way there is a chance to request information on the expenses incurred and, if they seem excessive, to file an appeal, including to the court. The owners who are absent from the meeting do not have the right to do so. But only 1/3 of the owners gathered together are enough to discuss and put forward cost-saving proposals to the management company in order to reduce the cost of aidat.
