There are 5 very generous size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an additional guest bathroom are located on the ground floor and in the basement where the SPA is situated.
The villa is situated on an elevated land hence, the sea view is available from all bedrooms, lounge, pool and garden. You enter the property through the car park. There is an elevator or stairs for the house. The main door for the villa is on the first floor however, there is a 2-bedroom apartment for the caretakers / staff on the same level. Their accommodation is located above the garage, and they have no access to the main property.

Main Property

As soon as you walk into the villa you immediately notice the high-quality contemporary tiles, very generous open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge with uninterrupted sea view through large patio doors and windows.  The kitchen appliances are all famous brands.

Ground Floor: The front of the villa has around 250 m2 of terrace, a garden and large private swimming pool. Although it is designed as an open-plan living area kitchen, dining room and lounge is separated with a smart design. This floor also has an en-suite bedroom and a guest bathroom too. There is also a fireplace for the cooler months of the year.

First Floor: 4 en-suite bedrooms are situated on this floor. The Master Bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and bathroom. All the bedrooms on this floor have fantastic terraces with breathtaking views.

Basement / SPA: This floor has been designed as a SPA area. The area comprises high quality marble and the furniture and fittings have made it extremely attractive. You will also enjoy the steam room, Turkish Style Bath, Jacuzzi, shower room and sauna as well as the massage room that has also been fitted in here.
