Entering the apartment there is a bathroom on the left-hand side and just opposite on the right there is a modern kitchen. The kitchen has a hatch area where you are able to see into the living room this area can also be used as a breakfast bar.

The living room has sliding glass doors that give you access to the large balcony where you can enjoy the stunning panoramic views. There is also plenty of room for a dining table and some comfy seating. It is the perfect place to sit at night whilst looking over the bay.
The 3 good-sized bedrooms all have sliding glass doors which you can open to enjoy some peace and quiet whilst watching the world go by.

Outside as the new owner you can enjoy the private beach area. There is access to the sea and the sun deck. Additionally, you will find that there are also plenty of shaded seating areas.
