Ground Floor: On this floor there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen. In addition, there is plenty of space for a comfortable lounge and dining table. There is also a very nice fireplace for the cosy evenings in the winter months. The doors of this room open up on to the garden with steps up to the pool and terraces.

Entrance Level: Once you have entered the villa you will go down the hallway. To the right there is a large living room again there is a feature fireplace. To the left there is a bedroom and a bathroom. This floor also has a big modern fully equipped kitchen.

In the lounge area there are large sliding glass windows that open up onto a large terrace which overlooks the pool and the beautiful bay. There is also a door that opens up in the kitchen that also allows you outside access

First Floor: This floor boasts 4 en-suite bedrooms one of which is the master bedroom. This bedroom also has a jacuzzi which faces out onto uninterrupted magnificent views.

Outside: The garden is surrounded by large walls and is very low maintenance as it is mainly paved. However, there are some nice mature plants that add a bit of colour to the area. In addition, there is a palm tree planted by the pool. The gated driveway can fit at least 2 cars quite easily.

The outside terraces have comfortable seating and an outside fireplace. Additionally, the pool has a nice wooden terrace where you can place sun loungers and parasols.
