The ground-floor accommodation includes an open-plan kitchen and living room, the latter incorporating a feature fireplace. There is also a bathroom and an en-suite bedroom on this floor as well as access to a large veranda and gazebo.

The first floor includes three more bedrooms, including one with its own en-suite facilities and a balcony. To the rear of the house is a suite with cedar panel walls, an en-suite bathroom, sleeping area, a kitchenette and a balcony.

The final bedroom is also spacious and shares the house bathroom. The two larger rooms also enjoy their own direct access to the gardens.

Dormer Bungalow

The ground floor incorporates a spacious kitchen and living room, a bathroom and a veranda with access to the gardens.

Cedar wood panels add an authentic touch throughout the first floor which boasts the two bedrooms and a shared bathroom complete with its own spa bath.

Although the bungalow can be accessed via the grounds of the main house, there is a separate gate to the street outside.

About Kayakoy

Kayakoy is known world wide for its famous “ghost town”. The ruins are a relic of the population exchange at the end of the Greco/Turk War in the early 1920s.
