The hotel consists of 5 blocks and 6 blocks, including the main building. Each block has lifts that reach the parking level. There are 7 lifts in the property, 6 for guests and 1 for services. The external cladding of the buildings is a mixed cladding element, plaster + paint, aluminum and wood (teak) cladding as per the project, and the pool area, which is 800 square meters, is covered with wood.
The flooring inside the building is colored marble and granite ceramics of different types and models in the lobby. Granite and marble are used in the columns. Ceramic and marble materials have been used in the flooring and wall covering of the wet areas. All areas in the building are made of high-end luxury materials.

Premium Garden Rooms are 35 m2 / 376 sq ft. and are located on the ground floor, overlooking the pool and featuring a balcony/garden furniture. Set in private landscaped gardens, these rooms feature double beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Maximum occupancy is 3 people.
Grande Rooms are 40 m2 / 430 sq ft. and are located on the top floor. Juliette balconies overlook the pool and botanical gardens. These rooms feature double beds and a sofa bed. Maximum occupancy is 3 people and feature a kitchenette.
