Шкафы в спальнях с зеркалами имеют раздвижные двери с замедленным закрытием. Внутренние двери покрыты лаком. Главная входная дверь из МДФ с отделкой альпийским дубом, а остальные двери и окна — из алюминия с двойным остеклением. Перила внутри и снаружи выполнены из закаленного стекла с алюминиевыми поручнями. Система водоснабжения включает два резервуара на земле по 2 тонны и один на крыше объемом 1 тонна. Установлены гидрофор, солнечные коллекторы для горячей воды, система отопления и подготовка для кондиционеров. Сад оформлен с покраской стен, есть два входа — для гостей и для автомобиля. Также предусмотрено освещение на стенах. Вилла предлагает два парковочных места.
