In addition to preferential programs from the state, sometimes there is an opportunity to purchase housing much lower than the market value from banks. We are talking, of course, about collateral housing. A few days ago, Ziraat Bank provided such a chance to potential buyers, offering a 2+1 format - with two bedrooms - for 250,000 Turkish lira (TL). A selection of lots of this format was published by one of the profile portals about real estate in Turkey.
Housing is for sale in Giresun; you can buy it on credit. The entry fee is stated in the amount of 75,000 TL, the remaining 175,000 TL can be borrowed from the same Ziraat Bank.
One of the previous actions of Ziraat Bank became a New Year's gift for some happy owners of mortgaged housing at the end of 2022 - in every sense: it was possible not only to have time to buy before the next price increase in January, but also to purchase real estate for only 7,000 TL (we mean the initial fee).
