Ziraat Bank announced the sale of secondary real estate

Ziraat Bank has announced that it provides new opportunities for those wishing to buy their own homes. In particular, the financial institution sells secondary real estate.

Recall that housing prices have risen sharply in recent months due to an increase in the cost of construction and high inflation. Nevertheless, the number of those wishing to purchase housing has not decreased; moreover, there are even more willing after the recent earthquake. And the housing requirements have increased.

So, after the next price increase, the only hope for many citizens with low and below-average incomes - that is, those with a very limited budget - became participation in state programs, the purchase of the most budget houses of factory assembly, as well as similar actions from banks.

Since banks, receiving residential real estate as collateral from those who could not pay off the loan, put up such residential lots for sale in order, so to speak, to "reset" the credit loss reflected on their balance sheet. It is important for them to sell their homes as soon as possible.

Therefore, it is put up for auction at the lowest price, and in the end, it goes to the one who offers the highest price.

For example, as part of the current campaign, Ziraat Bank offers housing with an area of 139 square meters in the Kyzyltepe district of the city of Mardin for only 207 000 Turkish lira (TL) - in rubles it is only 0.8 million.

There are also several lots for sale in Bitlis at once: an apartment with an area of 145 square meters is sold for 211 000 TL (starting price), an area of 128 squares meters - for 207 000 TL, and the starting price for a very small by Turkish standards apartment 2 + 1 with 116 sq.m is only 84 000 TL.

More favorable conditions than the purchase of housing, taking into account subsidies from the state, were offered this year by Vakıfbank, which also does not shy away from transactions with secondary real estate.
