Wintering in Turkey is becoming very profitable

Antalya hoteliers decided to «make lemonade out of lemon» to profitably use the brewing gas (and, in fact, heating) crisis that Europe has on its nose. Enterprising agencies and hotels have undertaken to offer those EU residents who either do not work (pensioners), or can transfer work to a «remote location», to spend the winter on the Antalya coast. They have formed package tours for the so-called «long stay», or long stay, which includes transfers, accommodation and meals. And some packages, where the travel company has cooperated with the air carrier, even include air travel.

Thus, from one to three months of «wintering in the heat» will cost EU citizens almost five, or even ten times cheaper than at home, with gas or electricity charges at an exorbitant price. With such a "set of services", the cost of a day at the hotel starts from only 21 euros with meals and in a 4* hotel, and not in some cheap boarding house.

According to the profile Telegram channels about Turkey, with reference to those received from the Antalya City Council, the average European family of four, if they choose «wintering in Turkey», will save 3,461 euros more in winter alone than in previous years.

For our part, we will clarify that, although there is no heating crisis in the Russian Federation, it is possible that Antalya and not only hoteliers will consider it possible to offer Russians the possibility of wintering at similar rates, which will encourage our compatriots to look around in a particular region and subsequently buy a house in the quarter they like.

For hoteliers, it will be a great help in the «off-season». Since not all accommodation facilities managed to survive the pandemic and the economic crisis that followed it: one hotel after another goes under the hammer for debts. A recent case is a 4* hotel in Marmaris, Icmeler district.
