A 20% discount is available for a limited number of apartments for sale in the Iş GYO — Manzara Adalar project. However, there are few residences left for sale (perhaps this is the reason for the discount).
Manzara Adalar, which means "View of the Princes' Islands" in Turkish, lives up to its name: it offers a panorama of the islands, the Marmara Sea and the nearby forest. The sea coast is 1.5 km away on foot.
The complex is underway in the Asian part of Istanbul, in the Kartal district. It will consist of five blocks: three with residences and two with offices. There will also be a market.
The formats of apartments in the residential complex are diverse: from studios, which are not often found in new projects, to two-storey penthouses: 1+0, 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, 3+1 duplex, 3+2 triplex, 4+1 and 5+1 duplex penthouse. The project consists of 975 residences and offices. Local amenities on an area of about 2,500 sq. m include outdoor and indoor pools, a children's pool, decorative "landscape" pools, a fitness centre, a spa, a children's club, walking paths and a multifunctional sports complex. There will be also hobby rooms.
In addition, the project provides 24-hour security, covered parking and storage of about 3 sq. m for each residential unit.
At present, Manzara Adalar has only a limited number of 3+1 and 4+1 residences (with three and four bedrooms) between 101 and 185 sq. m. If you pay the full amount without a mortgage, loans or instalments, you can get a 20% discount.
Prices for a 3+1 residence start at 15.5 million TL, and 4+1 apartments cost from 23.6 million TL. If you do not use the discount, you can deposit 50%, and the remaining 50% after a year.
Another major project in the Asian part of Istanbul is the Dilek Life Mahall residential complex for 800 apartments in Tuzla.
