TOKI announced the details of the next campaign for the sale of budget housing: it will be possible to purchase 2+1 residences in 12 provinces at once with a starting fee of only 2,246 Turkish lira (TL). The rest of the debt is paid in a convenient installment format for 120 months, 180 months or 240 months. The monthly payment is calculated taking into account a fixed salary and is subject to a small increase every 6 months, taking into account the coefficient of salary increases.
TOKI also clarified that if the buyer gets housing in a project that is still in the process of construction, then installment payments begin after receiving the keys: initially, only the starting amount is paid.
The twelve provinces whose citizens will get a chance to participate in this action from TOKI are Adyaman, Siirt, Kahramanmarash, Afyonkarakhisar, Elazig, Ysparta, Balikesir, Denizli, Gaziantep, Giresun, Hakkari, as well as resort Antalya.
The total area of 2+ 1 apartments will reach 88.5 square meters, the usable area – 77.9 square meters.
In general, the plans are to provide housing for all those in need. In particular, special attention will be paid to military veterans and pensioners.
