The auction will be held on the principle of open bidding. The minimum starting cost of a land plot from among the proposed Milli Emlak is 17,000 Turkish lira (TL), the maximum is 184,000 TL. The sizes range from 203 to 5632 square meters.
It is also clarified that if the buyer is ready to pay the full cost immediately that is, not in installments and without resorting to credit funds. He will be able to count on a 20% discount. Thus, in the case of a one-time payment, there are chances to purchase the most budget plot for an amount starting from 14,600 TL.
Installments are also available for any lot: in order to become the owner of the chosen plot, it is enough to deposit 25%, and pay the rest of the amount in installments, up to 8 payment periods over two years. And buyers will also be exempt from VAT on lots offered by Milli Emlak.
A few days ago, a sale of plots in Izmir Dikili was also announced; and in some locations, the same Milli Emlak promises a car as a gift when buying a land plot.
