Mersin province with the "capital" of the same name has been developing especially actively over the past year; in particular, transport links with other provinces are improving. Among other things, the authorities have taken care of improving the supply of gas and water. Developers one by one come out with new projects; Mersin does not ignore TOKI.
As a result, very soon a new residential complex with almost half a thousand residences - 447 lots - will replenish the range of so-called "affordable" housing.
The complex will appear in Silifke district, Esenbel quarter. In addition to residential units, there will also be commercial ones - namely, a shopping center with 12 shops - as well as social infrastructure: an elementary school and a mosque. Landscaping of the adjacent territory is also planned.
However, a contractor has yet to be selected for the implementation of the complex; the tender will be held on July 4 by electronic bidding.
The metro will also be launched in Mersin in the foreseeable future.
