The number of secondary transactions increased by 30% compared to the previous - first-quarter of 2022; and, as we have already mentioned, almost half compared to the same period last year. As a result, 72% of the total volume of housing sales at once.

In general, as of the end of the 2nd quarter of this year, residential real estate prices throughout Turkey increased by 182% year-on-year. The average selling price of one square meter equaled 9979 Turkish lira (TL). Residences in the provinces of Istanbul, Antalya and Mersin have risen in price the most over the year.

In the spring - in particular, by the end of April - the «secondary market» was also sold in the country much better than the «primary market».
