Second-hand sales of residential real estate in the second quarter of 2022 increased by 45% compared to the same period in 2021. This information was published on the specialized analytical portal about real estate Endeksa with reference to statistics obtained from the Association TÜGEM.
The number of secondary transactions increased by 30% compared to the previous - first-quarter of 2022; and, as we have already mentioned, almost half compared to the same period last year. As a result, 72% of the total volume of housing sales at once.
In general, as of the end of the 2nd quarter of this year, residential real estate prices throughout Turkey increased by 182% year-on-year.
