The state structure sells plots from 18 000 TL

The media published another announcement that the National Real Estate Administration (Milli Emlak) is putting up for sale a number of land plots. They will be implemented through a tender. As part of the current campaign, 81 real estate objects are put up for auction at once: land and fields.

Approximate prices for the mentioned allotments have also been announced: the cost of lots from the "land plots" category starts from 18 000 Turkish lira (TL) and reaches 2.1 million TL. The estimated selling price of the fields starts from 37 000 TL and reaches 450 000 TL.

The Milli Emlak auction is scheduled to be held from April 3 to April 7, 2023. Those who wish to participate in the tender will be able to submit applications by open bidding; as usual, the lucky owners of the property will be those who offer the highest price.

What are the advantages of such deals? The fact that when buying land from Milli Emlak, lots are sometimes - as in this case - exempt from some taxes, saving their owners considerable sums.

Also in this case, the entry fee for lots will be 25%, the remaining amount can be divided into 8 equal parts and made gradually over two years.

Periodically, banks arrange land sales, getting rid of real estate confiscated for debts.

Last autumn it was reported that the number of allotments put up for sale as part of the project to provide the population with social housing, the authorities increased from 250 000 to one million.
