There are 54 plots for sale in Bursa and Ankara for various purposes, but mainly agricultural: cultivated land and fields. This was announced by the municipality of Orhangazi district (Bursa province) and the Ankara Tax Administration.
The minimum cost of the proposed site is 76,944 Turkish lira (TL), the maximum reaches almost 20 million lira (19,688,472 TL). The area of land plots reaches 65,628 square meters.
The open auction will take place on October 2, 2024 at 15:00. The collateral amounts required to obtain the right to participate in the auction range from only 2308 TL to 590,000 TL.
From the offered one can buy fields, other agricultural lands, orchards, olive groves. There is also a plot with a villa and surrounding gardens.
