Villas in bodrum are supposed to be affordable

New details of the Shelton Bodrum project for 104 villas, which is being built on a plot of 30,000 square metres, have been revealed.

Abdullah Kirkincioğlu, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shelton, explained the process of creating the project on their property in Bodrum, in response to growing demand for horizontal architecture, particularly in the luxury housing sector following the pandemic, when architecture and design became more important.

"The prices for luxury housing in Bodrum are 5-10 million euros. We focused on how to optimize costs and make luxury affordable." As a result, the complex is not too large villas with three bedrooms each. At the same time, the complex is "business-oriented": it is perfect for remote work. The villas have their own gardens, the infrastructure provides coworking spaces and all the necessary option for work, including negotiation opportunities.

Moreover, there are many options to lead a busy lifestyle at a relative distance from civilization: sports fields, Pilates halls, master classes. Community members and their guests have access to a private beach and the opportunity to reach any part of Bodrum by sea from the local marina.

Shelton Bodrum follows the trends of sustainable development, it is as eco-friendly as possible, and the villas are managed by the smart home system.

The villa complex is located 15 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from the centre of Bodrum and a minute drive from the bird sanctuary.

The price of the villas for sale here is 500,000-600,000 euros, which is quite affordable for buyers.
