With the intensification of immigration processes in a number of provinces, once favored by tourists, and now often by holders of a residence permit (or applicants for them), residential real estate is becoming more expensive especially quickly. First of all, these are the coastal regions; well, taking into account the fact that the Black Sea coast of Turkey is not in particular demand among immigrants, the rise in popularity is recorded in the south of the country: the Antalya, Aegean and Mediterranean coasts.
Moreover, despite the «off-season» - the coming winter - the same Russians continue to be actively interested in buying housing in popular resorts; the demand for Mersin is also growing, although it is a seaside city, but until recently little known to our compatriots.
Earlier we reported another trend: the rapid increase in prices for residential real estate has reoriented foreigners to buy secondary real estate.
The main thing is to carefully choose both a developer and an agent when buying a home: illegal realtors from among visitors who do not have licenses have been creating problems for the local real estate market for a long time, and buyers are often the first to suffer.
