Demand for houses and plots continues to grow in Turkey

The coronavirus pandemic has provoked a dynamic growth in demand for detached houses and land plots on which you can build a house and run a farm. According to Emlak Kulisi, the construction and real estate newspaper in Turkey, many Turks today either buy land plots and build houses on them, or sell their city apartment to buy a house in the suburbs. As it was said before, the pandemic has changed the preferences of property buyers in Turkey. Now those who are looking for housing for themselves are trying to find the most secluded option. The demand continues to grow for self-contained villas and homes that are more convenient in terms of self-isolation. People seek to cope with the effects of coronavirus stress by taking up gardening and farming on their own plot of land. Even young people have become more conscious after the coronavirus: many young people have begun to think about the future investing in land from their small (due to age) monthly earnings. Of course, demand cannot but influence the cost of houses and plots in Turkey: prices are rising.
