This type of housing, worth from €250,000 to 320,000 (2-2.5 million liras), is being sold very quickly, according to the real estate newspaper Emlak Kulisi. The most popular Turkish city in terms of buying villas is the fashionable resort of Bodrum.
Meanwhile, in the past two weeks, there has been a decrease in demand for rental villas in Turkey in favor of the opening hotels. Hotels with vast, green areas, where you can relax without crowds of tourists, are in great demand.
