In August last year, an application for the Dia Centro Topkapı project was submitted to the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, and the process of assessing its environmental impact started. At the moment, the project has been approved, and it will be unique not only for Istanbul, but also for Turkey as a whole.
The Dia Centro Topkapi complex will appear in the heart of the metropolis, near Topkapi. Several companies will erect it at once: Erteks, Şarkent, Ahmet Kul A.Ş and not only.
The land area for Dia Centro Topkapı is planned to be 15,609 square meters, and the building area is 68,972 square meters. The project includes 254 residential and 33 commercial premises.
Residential formats – 42 residences 1+1, 128 – 2+1, 56 – 3+1 and 28 – 4+1. The parking lot in the complex is designed for 627 parking spaces.
Very close to the complex is the campus of Yildiz Technical University – just 750 meters away. The distance to the Marmara Sea is 3.95 km.
The construction of Dia Centro Topkapı is planned to be completed within 36 months.
