Cost of apartments exceeds 1 million lira in the most unusual residential development in Adana

In 2014, the Garden Club residential complex (Clubbahçe) was built in Adana, which has become a new landmark of the city. The authors of the apartment project on the bank of the Seyhan River designed an unusual facade solution. The ten-storey residential complex with 22 luxury apartments is entwined with vines and decorative ivy. Located on the bank of the river and surrounded with plenty of trees, the "Green House" is a true landmark of the boulevard and new high-rise building microdistrict and turns the stone jungle into a green zone.

Local newspapers write that Clubbahçe attracts attention of every passer-by and driver. And today the cost of the cheapest apartment in the complex has exceeded one million lira (127,000 euros). In addition to the unusual architectural solution, Clubbahçe offers its residents the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful views as well as its high-tech amenities. On the roof of the house there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi and a panoramic terrace, where you can even have a barbecue. The area of apartments that cost more than a million lire today is 260 m2. The infrastructure of the complex includes recreation areas, a spa center (with a sauna, a hamam and a Roman steam bath). The reason for the sharp rise in prices for apartments in this unusual house is not only its original design. Months of quarantine due to the coronavirus pandemic have led to a significant increase in the demand for homes with gardens and large terraces in Turkey.
