Kayseri Municipality announced the sale of residential real estate at a price of only 0.75 million Turkish lira (TL). The format is 2+1 and 3+1 (with two and three bedrooms), with an area of 121 to 175 square meters. Lots 2+1 are estimated at 0.75-1 million TL, 3+1 – in the range of 1-1.25 million TL.
In addition to 32 apartments, three offices will also be sold for 850,000 TL.
All the mentioned properties are located in the districts of Qazim Karabekir, Battalgazi, Anbar, Talas and Tajettinveli (Kayseri province).
The open auction will take place on July 27, 2022.
