A rare opportunity has appeared for investors in Antalya, where land plots are now being sold at a cost starting from just under seven thousand Turkish lira (TL). Allotments are offered in the following districts of the province: Elmaly, Kash (an expensive resort village near Antalya), Korkuteli, Serik (near Belek), Manavgat (near Side) and Gazipasha (near Alanya).
The land plots are put up for sale by the 13th General Directorate of DSI.
The auction for the sale of the declared lots in Antalya will take place on August 1, 2022, and will be closed.
The area of the proposed plots varies from 438,89 to 7282 square meters. The cost is from 6,851 residential units to one and a half million (1,526,668 residential units).
The past month was marked by several interesting «land» proposals across the country. In the coming days, a plot in Uskyudar (the seller is the local municipality) will leave the auction; three weeks earlier, a plot in Fatiha found its owner.
It was also possible to purchase land in Ankara, the capital of the republic, for just 40,000 TL.
