The Department of Mass Housing Construction (TOKI) pleased residents of Aydin province with the message that a little less than eight hundred budget residences will be distributed here. Namely – 756, in three districts at once.
TOKI does not stop holding tenders for the construction of new housing across the country, as the goal is 1.2 million new residences by 2023. And in Aydin province, in addition to apartments, commercial premises will be located in new facilities.
As for the distribution by districts, it is planned in Sec
390 residences; the tender for construction will be held on August 22, 2022. There will be 170 residences in Kuujak (the tender is scheduled for August 26), and 196 residences in Bozdogan; the tender will take place here on the last day of summer, August 31.
Recall that on the territory of Aydin province there is a port and one of the largest resorts in Turkey, the city of Kusadasi.
Well, TOKI's share in construction is growing. Sales of so-called «social» housing are going on in several regions at once, promotions start every month, if not every week. Of the recent ones there are auctions in Eskisehir and in Sivas.
