Plots for a quarter of a million lira can be bought in the capital

Ankara Municipality announced the sale of 42 land plots located in the Kalecik district at once.

The tender for the sale of land will take place tomorrow, May 26, 2023, at 09 am, by open bidding.

The area of allotments varies from 762 to 1,444 square meters.

"Guarantee" fees for participation in the auction vary depending on the value of the plot: they start from 7,429 Turkish lira (TL) to 14,079 TL.

Well, the initial auction prices for land in Kalechik will start from 247,650 TL to 469,300 TL.

So, in the absence of a large number of applicants, you can become the owner of non-residential real estate - a plot in a sought-after area of the capital - for just a quarter of a million lira.

Recall that Ankara - one of the most promising areas for real estate investment in recent years - is gaining popularity due to the fact that its transport accessibility from various regions is improving. In particular, high-speed trains are already running on the Ankara-Sivas route; the same high-speed train line will soon connect the capital with Istanbul.
