TOKİ LAUNCHES THREE NEW PROJECTS IN ISTANBUL FOR ALMOST 1,800 APARTMENTS

The good news was announced by the Office of Mass Construction (TOKİ). Istanbul residents will be pleased with three more new projects by TOKI, with a total of 1,781 apartments. They will be built in Tuzla, Gaziosmanpaşa and Zeytinburnu. The TOKİ project in Tuzla will have 632 residences and 6 shops, the Gaziosmanpasha project will have 665 residences, and the Zeytinburnu project will have 484 residences and 40 shops.

According to the Department, all tenders to find a contractor for these three complexes will be held by the end of February 2024: February 13, February 20 and February 29, 2024, respectively.

It was reported that TOKİ was giving keys to future residents of complexes commissioned in Tuzla and Maltepe (also in Istanbul), and is launching the construction of residential complexes in Bayburt, Amasya and Çankırı provinces.
