The Office of Mass Housing Construction (TOKI) announced the sale of almost four hundred - namely, 390 - land plots in 25 provinces, including the largest megacities and their agglomerations: Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, where land is profitable.

Potential buyers are offered the option of installments: repayment within 48 months.

The full list of provinces where land will be available for purchase: Adana, Antalya, Aydın, Didim, Denizli, Diyarbakır, İstanbul, İzmir, Mersin, Muğla , Tekirdağ — the auction will be held on October 2, 2024. Amasya, Ankara, Batman, Bitlis, Elazığ, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kayseri, Kırşehir, Konya, Malatya, Mardin, Şanlıurfa and Van - you can try to buy these plots a day later, on October 3.

The initial fee is 25%, and the remaining amount is in installments - up to four years, as already mentioned. However, according to the data provided by the media, 38 sites in Tekirdag will be offered as a single lot. However, the initial payment has been reduced on them: only 15%, and the repayment period of the remaining debt has been extended by a year to 60 months.

The minimum starting cost of a plot from TOKI starts from 91,652 TL and reaches 4,667 billion TL: these are just those 38 plots in a single lot in the province of Tekirdag. The land with the lowest estimated value was found in Kayseri: the size of this plot with the designation "residential development" is only 20.83 square meters.

Earlier it was reported about the sale of land in areas popular with tourists: in Sarıyer (the seller is the Istanbul municipality) and in the Urla, where you can buy almost an entire bay.
