TOKI sells apartments in popular Beyoglu and Floria

The Housing Construction Authority (TOKI) has auctioned several dozen Istanbul residences at once. But this time, not as part of a nationwide program to provide social housing for the poor, but as elite housing,as it is located in very prestigious locations. 

 

Thus, 12 residences of the 3+1 and 4+2 format belong to the Koru microdistrict in the Floria district, and another 33 lots of the 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 format are located in Syutludzha (Beyoglu).

Prices for lots in Beyoglu start from 2 million Turkish lira (TL), and in Floria – from 8.94 million TL. Moreover, since we are talking about an auction, by the end of the auction, the amounts may significantly increase. 

 

As for payment options, the initial payment ranges from 12% to 50%, and installments are provided for the remaining amount (up to 60 or 120 months, or 5 or 10 years). 

 

TOKIO auction will be held on October 25, 2022. Applications can be submitted electronically and online.

 

Recall that TOKI recently put up for sale 365 plots in 12 provinces.
