TOKI told about the start of sales of budget residences in two more locations. The initial payment will be only 39,000 Turkish lira (TL), and the monthly payment will be slightly less than two thousand: 1,966 TL.
The action takes place within the framework of the largest project in the history of the Republic of Turkey to provide social housing for the poor throughout the country.
Applications from those who wish are already being accepted: they will affect the districts of Afyonkarahisar (Afyonkarahisar) and Sepik (Antalya province, near the resort of Belek). However, in Serik housing is more expensive, and the initial payment is higher: 2 + 1 apartments will be offered here at a price from 785,000 to 992,000 residential units, excluding VAT. The entry fee is 10%, the installment plan is 180 months.
As part of the actions already carried out, TOKI has already managed to provide housing for more than a million people. Currently, the construction of about 0.2 million more residences is underway.
Recently, the Department of Mass Housing Construction also announced the sale of budget housing in Konya, and also in the resort Alanya.
