One by one, municipalities put up residential real estate owned by them, but not used for one reason or another, for sale at prices favorable to the population. One of the reasons is that after the «jumps» in fuel prices and noticeably increased electricity bills, it became difficult for local government agencies to balance their budget. Lots at a price at least slightly below the market are snapped up like hot cakes, almost in any province. So, municipalities certainly attract attention with their low prices.
Thus, the sale price of entire houses with courtyards and roofs (albeit mud-brick), put up for sale by the municipality of Havran, starts from only 225,000 liras (TL). Ankara Municipality in the coming days – November 8 – will offer 22 apartments at auction at once at a price of 515,000 TL.
You can learn more about the order of prices and characteristics of these and other lots on the official website - ilan.gov.tr.
The other day we reported that preferential residences of 3+1 and 4+2 formats are also for sale in Istanbul.
