Details of the construction of an innovative residential project called Taksim 360, located in Istanbul, have become known.
Located in close proximity to one of the centers of the metropolis, Taksim 360 is located just 250 meters from the square of the same name (Taksim) and about 500 meters from key locations such as Galata and the Golden Horn Bay.
The developer is GAP Inşaat. As part of the project, 9 blocks will be built, including 918 residences. The large-scale project, the building area of which is 165,000 square meters, only the length of the facade of the building is 220 meters.
In addition to residential residences, there will be offices and commercial areas. Apartments are planned in different formats, from 1 +1 to 3+1.
Taksim 360 even provides central heating - an option not too common in Turkish cities. The complex also has a very good location in terms of transport, use of health services and education: the residential complex is 109 meters from the IETT Tarlabaşı stop, 300 meters from the Family Health Center of Beyoglu district, 229 meters from the nearest school and 478 meters from the famous Gazi Park
At the moment, GAP Inşaat has already opened pre-sales and is collecting preliminary applications; prices for residences are not publicly announced. The complex is planned to be commissioned in 2023.
