Builders have specified the service life of prefabricated houses

Factory - so-called "prefabricated" houses have become a lifesaver for many categories of citizens, especially in the context of the current need to erect buildings for life not just "quickly", but urgently.

However, many fear that such houses a la "ready-made designer" are short-lived. Experts have dispelled this myth, as well as some others. In particular, such housing can be built on any land that has a purpose "for residential development": there is no difference in the type of zoning - there would be a private plot.

In addition, the service life of a factory house is not one or two decades, provided correct assembly and normal operation. So, their manufacturers boldly give a 3-year, 5 or 10-year warranty on their products, because they trust the quality of their work; well, the service life of such prefabricated housing with regular maintenance can be extended to 50 years - which is not less than the service life of reinforced concrete houses.

Prices vary depending on the manufacturer and on the current promotions: firstly, companies that manufacture or assemble prefabricated houses exist in almost every province in Turkey, so those who want to resort to the option of factory housing are recommended to familiarize themselves with prices in their region. Secondly, manufacturers regularly arrange sales, and the authorities now and then subsidize the purchase of such housing for some categories of citizens.

So, at the end of March, it was possible to purchase a detached small house in the 2 + 1 format from only 90 000 Turkish lira (TL). We have already written about the recent campaign with similar prices thanks to state support. A household can receive an average of up to 200 000 TL from the state for the purchase of prefabricated housing.
