Ant Yapı company announced the start of sales in a landmark project from its portfolio - Antteras Nev, located in the prestigious Beylerbeyi district. Which, in turn, boasts almost the best views of Istanbul, as well as Bosphorus Strait.
Antteras Nev has 54 residences of various formats, including 12 duplexes with their own garden and another 12 duplexes with access to the roof. There are also apartments with alternative layouts, from 122 to 257 square meters.

Chairman of the Management Board of Ant Yapı Mehmet Okay emphasized that the new project from Ant Yapı, being unique in fact, is harmoniously integrated into the historical «structure» of the district and perfectly conveys the atmosphere of the Istanbul quarters of the mentioned period.
At the same time, the social infrastructure fully meets the requirements of modernity: all the necessary public areas are provided here, such as a children's playground, a swimming pool, indoor and outdoor sports grounds, barbecue areas, parking and a cafeteria.
The completion of the construction of this «niche» (or «boutique») project is scheduled for the end of 2023.
