Pasifik GYO company announced that preliminary sales of three projects - residential complexes, all under the "brand" Next Level - implemented by it in Istanbul have been opened at once. The total cost of the three projects is more than 20 billion Turkish lira (TL).
Fatih Erdogan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pacific GYO, shared the details. Having informed that prices in Next Level Istanbul start from 200 000 TL per 1 sq.m, in Next Level Kemer - from 100 000 TL, and in Next Level Country - from 150 000 TL. That is, they will be available to different categories of buyers. Moreover, this is exactly the "pre-sale" price: as soon as the projects are officially "launched" (we mean the withdrawal of lots for mass sale, since construction as such is already underway), housing in them will immediately rise in price by at least 10%.
Next Level Istanbul provides residences ranging from 85 to 545 sq.m. There will be 161 residences and 44 offices. Different blocks-sections and lots of different formats - have their own style in design and interior. For example, the "forest concept", "sun concept", "earth concept" and "Bosporus concept" are provided.
Next Level Kemer includes 274 residences ranging from 80 to 336 square meters. These are low-rise buildings, lots - with their own terraces and even gardens.
Well, in the Next Level Country there will be 158 lots in the format from 1 + 1 to 5.5 +2: there are duplexes and triplexes, even villas that provide increased privacy.
