Istanbul shopping centre became the property of a developer

Orjin Gayrimenkul Grubu has become the full owner of İstinyePark Istanbul AVM. The company owned 58% of the shares of this well-known shopping centre in Istanbul. It bought the remaining 42% from Doğuş Turizm Sağlık Yatırımları Şirketi.

Thus, Orjin Gayrimenkul Grubu is the owner of a full stake in the İstinyePark Istanbul AVM shopping mall and İstinyePark Izmir AVM shopping centre in Istanbul and Izmir.

Speaking at the official signing ceremony of the deal, Zafer Kurşun and Zafer Yıldırım, co-presidents of Orjin Gayrimenkul Grubu, said that the İstinyePark brand had become popular beyond Turkey: more and more foreign tourists visit both places every year.

İstinyePark Istanbul AVM is planned to be renovated in June: as a result, there will be new restaurants, cafes and shops here.

As you know, Orjin Gayrimenkul Grubu has one of the largest commercial real estate portfolios in Turkey, which, in addition to the two mentioned large shopping malls, includes office space, hotels, shops, logistics and production centres.

It was reported about the construction of a huge office, commercial and residential complex in Ankara. There will be 1,804 residential residences and 224 commercial premises.
