Istanbul complex Empire Beylikdüzü went on sale

Its own "empire" will appear in Beylikduzu (Istanbul); the sale of residences has already been announced here. And with special offers in honor of the launch of the project.

 

A new complex is being built by a consortium of four partner companies at once within the framework of Mert Holding.

 

Geographically, the new residential complex, the name for which was chosen Empire Beylikdüzü is located in the district of the same name, just five minutes from the nearest metrobus stop. Also, from here it is very close to shopping centers, hospitals and even the marinas of Beylikduzu and Yakulu (just a few minutes); to Taksim Square - 40 minutes, to the airport - 25 minutes.

 

There will be 340 residential residences, as well as 45 offices and 9 shops on the territory belonging to commercial areas.: this is one building out of four, the remaining three will house residential lots. The social infrastructure of the complex will include an outdoor swimming pool and sports fields; the complex offers a view of the lake.

 

The area of 1+1 apartments starts from 92 sq.m.; there are also 2+1 residences.

 

Now, as part of the special offer, prices for 1 + 1 apartments start from 4.8 million Turkish lira, for 2 + 1 - from 8.5 million lira; half must be paid immediately, the remaining 50% is provided by installments for a year (12 months).

 

Developers specifically specify that the minimum rental income of such residences will amount to 25,000 Turkish lira per month.

 

In Istanbul over the past few months, several large complexes have been announced at once, attracting increased attention as follows:
