TOKİ LAUNCHES THREE PROJECTS IN ISTANBUL AT ONCE

The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change, along with Turkey's government-backed housing agency (TOKİ), has announced the tender dates for three new projects in Istanbul province. These projects will consist of a total of 1,353 residences.

There will be three projects in total, two of which will be located in the Gaziosmanpaşa district and the other – in Silivri. The first project in Gaziosmanpaşa, known as TOKİ Istanbul Gaziosmanpaşa Yıldıztabya, will consist of 431 residences. The second project, Yıldıztabya 6B Region, will have 665 residences. The remaining 257 residences will be part of a project in Selimpaşa Quarter, Silivri District. In addition, the development in Silivri will include a commercial zone with six retail spaces (stores).

The tenders for these three projects will take place on July 14, July 18, and July 21, 2023.

It is interesting to note that there is another triple alliance that has been recently announced. Kiler GYO has revealed their plans to launch three new complexes in August 2023. These complexes are: Reference Ümraniye, Reference Pendik, and Reference Göktürk.
